Considered one of the world’s greatest train journeys, you can choose a two, three, or four day route. It travels from Darwin, Australia’s northernmost city to Adelaide, the most southern. You can also reverse this trip, either way it covers 1,851 miles. In addition there is a half trip that terminates in Alice Springs- considered a lovely town.
