Interested in a summer destination where the heat will not sap all your energy? Think about Scotland, a cool green place that nearly everybody will enjoy! Edinburgh, in particular, is a city with plenty to do for all ages. With average summer temperatures in the mid 60’s, this city buzzes with activity!  Comedy shows, exhibitions, music of all types abound.  Take in the Royal Highland Show-an agricultural fair you will enjoy even if your closest connection to agriculture is watching re-runs of Green Acres!  Arnold and I were there in the summer and we enjoyed just walking around and doing the tourist thing-  “hey what’s that? “
