Overwater Bungalows in the Caribbean!

Those who have stayed in them (I haven’t!)  love them! Unfortunately, most are not located in this part of the world.  The Maldives, for instance, are famous for them.  Fortunately, we do have a few in the Caribbean and they are also all-inclusive!  Here are a few you may enjoy!

Jamaica- Situated in Montego Bay, Jamaica, Sandals Royal Caribbean has both Over-the-Water Private Island Butler Honeymoon Bungalow and Over-the-Water Private Island Butler Villa with Infinity Pool room categories. Another unique feature at this resort is its exclusive offshore island which has a private pool and Jacuzzi, dining experiences and entertainment.

Antigua – With all its wonderful beaches,, it’s no surprise travelers venture to Antigua.. At Royalton Antigua, visitors can take their vacation to the next level by staying in one of the property’s Chairman Overwater Bungalows. Some of the many amenities include luxurious bathrobes, complimentary snorkeling equipment and an upgraded room service

Caribbean Mexico – Located in the Mexican Caribbean, El Dorado Maroma invites guests to experience the Palafitos-Overwater Bungalows. With features such as glass bottom floors, indoor hot tubs and butler service, it’s hard to find a good reason to leave the room when staying in one of these unique accommodations.

Saint Lucia – Referred to as “The Hawaii of the Caribbean,” Saint Lucia lures travelers in with its lush rainforests and waterfalls existing alongside volcanic beaches. After an active day on the island, visitors staying at Sandals Grande St. Lucian can continue to take in these tropical views from the comfort of an Over-the-Water Honeymoon Butler Bungalow.
