Still thinking about All-Inclusive Resorts? Here are two more to look at! Tis’ the season, folks- cold and dreary in much of the US. Warm and sunny may be what you are looking for!
Calabash Cove
Calabash Cove, located in Saint Lucia, prides itself on its differences. A small, boutique resort with no disco, loud water sports, or multiple dining options, it enjoys being known as the “quiet all-inclusive” . Surrounded by mountains and rainforests and located on a secluded beach, it offers 3 types of accommodations: Sunset Ocean View Jr. Suites, Swim-up Suites, and Water’s Edge Cottages. Its Windsong Restaurant offers a mixture of international cuisine and local fare. This is a special place whose prices, at some times of the year, are quite reasonable for an all-inclusive resort.
Bungalows
Let’s say you forgot to renew your passport or just prefer to stay close to home? No problem-Bungalows in Kay Largo, Florida may be just what you are looking for. This luxury resort, named by Conde Nast as one of the top 10 resorts in the Florida keys, is heavy on relaxation with a Zen type vibe. There are 135 rooms -either private waterfront or garden bungalows all with outdoor showers, soaking tubs and patios. Great food and staff that is particularly attentive and will arrange outside trips such as boat tours. While the resort is quite pricey, they do run sales from time to time.
There are so many of these resorts there is sure to be one you will enjoy! Remember to think of the Caribbean or Mexico as the majority are located there. Enjoy and stay warm!
